Need to know
The unit cost is £2,500 per month (excluding VAT) or 10% revenue share (whichever is higher).
The deposit is 3 months’ rent in addition to 1 months’ rent being payable up front.
The unit is approximately 280sq ft.
You will need to be open from 12 Noon - 2.30pm for the lunch service daily, and from 5pm onwards for the dinner service daily.
Gas is charged in arrears based on agreed usage per month.
Electricity is charged in arrears per month based on metered usage.
Business rates, if applicable, are charged directly by Lambeth Council.
There is WiFi in all public areas for light internet use. Each unit is prewired for internet - you can bring your own router to set up a private wifi network at no monthly charge.
