Part Time Chef- Homegrown
Assist with weekly prep. Occasionally work alone during service periods. Work with head chef to come up with new and exciting menus. Work evenings and weekends (not all, and flexible hours) Must haves: Line chef experience: Must have worked in professional kitchen environment and be able to produce food to order
Work efficiently: At peak service time must be able to work fast whilst maintain an excellent level of tidiness
Cleanliness: Must be able to keep the kitchen clean, food safe and organised, at all times (certificate would be preferred)
Healthy food interest
Teamwork: Essential that all staff work as a team, communicating as efficiently as possible
This is a part-time role consisting of 25 - 30 hours. Wage to be discussed.
